Returns And Exchanges

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

• The product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date it was shipped to the customer.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• The product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
• Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
• We will not be not responsible for any damage caused in the return transit of the product.

In case the customer wants to exchange an alternative product, the same is possible. You will return the product for a credit and purchase the new item afresh. You can settle the payment from the credit available to your account. The original shipping charges will not be returned & the product would need to be shipped back at the customer's cost. The original shipping, charges & duties will not be refunded. You must write or call customer care as suggested for the return of the product. Stated terms & conditions applicable to return, will also be applicable to return for exchange.

CANCELLATION

 Please cancel the order within 12 hours of  placing the order. We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
